This bowl is a great source of protein & an excellent source of fiber, with a blend of superseeds: Sunflower, pumpkin, flax, chia & hemp. Served with cinnamon and a side of goji berries, blueberries, bananas and fresh milk of choice: almond or cashew (Plain or Vanilla). For the best tasting results, we recommend soaking the muesli in the nut milk overnight and add additional toppings that following morning.
